AI is used to “read” medical reports and other text and extract the hidden data for use of providers and care givers, and also to predict and provide the specific data and tools that are required in each workflow step, i.e. ensure that the nurse evaluating a patient for Hospital at Home services receives the data extracted from a patient chart as well as the evaluation criteria for eligibility to use in making an eligibility decision.
